I heartily congratulate one of our distinguished constituents from Ahoada East Local Government Area, High Chief, Barr. Fortune Ihua-Maduenyi, PhD (Notary Public), on her well-deserved appointment as Permanent Secretary and Director of Inter-Parliamentary Relations and Protocols at the National Assembly.
I commend the leadership of the National Assembly for recognizing merit and capacity in making this important appointment.
