Today, we commence the 2025 budget defense of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. As Chairman of the 10th Senate Committee on Health (Secondary and Tertiary), we are undertaking this critical process alongside members of the Joint Health Committees of the 10th National Assembly.
As we examine the budget, we will meticulously examine the allocations to ensure they align with our commitment to strengthening the nation’s health sector. Our joint effort aims to promote transparency, accountability, and effective resource utilization to improve healthcare outcomes for all Nigerians.
