At the heart of my commitment lies the well-being of each constituent ensuring protection against unexpected healthcare costs and out-of-pocket expenses, this is a goal I have made possible in collaboration with the National Health Insurance Authority. It is to the Glory and Gratitude to God that I introduce the GIFSHIP (Group, Individual, and Family Social Health Insurance Programme), which is a testament to my dedication to the health and well-being of my Constituents.

This Health Coverage covers Constituents from the Rivers West Senatorial District: Abua–Odual, Ahoada East, Ahoada West, Akuku-Toru, Asari-Toru, Bonny, Degema and Ogba–Egbema–Ndoni Local Government Areas.
You will access this Health Coverage at designated Primary Healthcare Centers across our LGAs: Abua–Odual, Ahoada East, Ahoada West, Akuku-Toru, Asari-Toru, Bonny, Degema and Ogba–Egbema–Ndoni Local Government Areas.
Only registered constituents who are verified, and enrolled with NHIA will be contacted regarding the health facility for care.
All registrations will be screened and verified before they are enrolled. For verification, your Local Government Identification will be required including One (1) passport Photograph and a copy of your National Identification Number (NIN) slip provided.
The health coverage provided by this program includes various benefits for enrollees at Primary Healthcare Centers: Out-patient care services such as laboratory investigations (malaria parasite, WBC, Hb or PCV, etc.), immunization against childhood diseases, surgical procedures, internal medicine for malaria and other illnesses, HIV/AIDS treatment, sexually transmitted infection management, mental health services, paediatric care, obstetrics and gynaecology services, ophthalmology treatment, emergency care, family planning services, child welfare services, and dental care education. The programme aims to address a wide range of health needs, from preventive care to treatment of common illnesses and emergencies. Additional services may be included over time to enhance the coverage provided by the programme.
